Standard 6 Month Part Replacement Warranty

We are proud to say that this is Bishop’s Auto Parts standard warranty. We stand behind all of our in-stock parts for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This applies to all in stock parts sold at Bishop’s Auto Parts unless otherwise stated on the front of the invoice. There is no reimbursement for labor cost. This warranty is non-transferable.

1 Year Part Replacement

This extended warranty covers the original purchaser for a 1 year period against product failure for the cost of the part. We shall at our digression either replace the part or refund the original purchaser the amount paid. There is no reimbursement for labor cost. This warranty is non-transferable.

1 Year Parts & Labor

This extended warranty covers the original purchaser for a 1 year period against product failure for parts and labor costs capped at the Mitchell flat rate guide and at $65 per hour. All labor must be performed by a licensed repair facility. All claims must be authorized by Bishop’s Auto Parts prior to any repair. Any defective part along with documentation must be made available for inspection to the supplier upon request prior to any claim being paid. This warranty is non-transferable.

2 Year Part Replacement

This extended warranty covers the original purchaser for a 2 year period against product failure for the cost of the part. We shall at our digression either replace the part or refund the original purchaser the amount paid. There is no reimbursement for labor cost. This warranty is non-transferable.

Lifetime Part Replacement

This extended warranty covers the original purchaser as long as you own your car against product failure for the cost of the part. We shall at our digression either replace the part or refund the original purchaser the amount paid. There is no reimbursement for labor cost. This warranty is non-transferable.

Policy

Bishop’s Auto Parts, warrantor, warrants to the purchaser that all in stock mechanical parts are
functional for a period of 6 months, (unless otherwise stated on the front of the invoice). If a part is
found to be defective, promptly notify Bishop’s Auto Parts prior to removal or disassembly. Bishop’s
Auto Parts shall at its discretion provide either a replacement part or refund. The obligations of the
warrantor are limited to the replacement or refund only. Implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular use are limited to the same number of days as the limited written warranty.
Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to,
labor installation, removal or use of this merchandise. This is the only warranty given by the
warrantor. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state. – All claims must include original invoice. -Special order parts are non
returnable and require a reasonable, non-refundable deposit. -No returns on altered, disassembled,
overheated or improperly installed parts. -All returns must be authorized by a salesman. Buyer will be
responsible for shipping charges on items that were not needed or improperly ordered. Non warranty
returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
